Regional Operations Manager – Lawn & Garden SE

CRH is hiring a Regional Operations Manager for Lawn & Garden Southeast to direct operational excellence across our Lakeland, Polk County business. This full-time leadership role oversees regional manufacturing and distribution operations for our outdoor living products division, driving efficiency and growth throughout the Southeast market.

About the Role

You'll manage all operational aspects of our Lakeland-based Lawn & Garden Southeast division, from warehouse and logistics coordination to team leadership and strategic planning. Your focus will be on optimizing workflows, controlling costs, and maintaining the operational standards that make us a trusted partner to contractors, distributors, retailers, and homeowners across the region.

What You'll Do

• Direct daily operations including distribution, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics
• Lead and develop operations teams across multiple facility functions and locations
• Establish and monitor operational metrics, quality standards, and performance targets
• Manage regional budgets, control operating costs, and drive profitability
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and customer service to support market partners and end users
• Implement supply chain improvements and process efficiencies
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements
• Identify and execute operational enhancements that strengthen competitive position

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years managing regional or multi-site operations in manufacturing, distribution, or outdoor products
• Proven ability to lead operations teams and drive measurable improvements
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and inventory management
• Analytical mindset with track record of cost control and operational efficiency gains
• Experience managing budgets and ensuring operational profitability
• Leadership skills focused on team development and engagement
• Understanding of safety compliance, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field preferred
