NSC NBA Services Corp is seeking a Project Employee, Digital & Social Content Publishing, Fantasy & Gaming to shape and grow the NBA's Fantasy & Gaming presence from our Secaucus, Hudson County offices. About the Role
As the Project Employee, Digital & Social Content Publishing, Fantasy & Gaming, you will steer the day-to-day creation, scheduling, and programming of content across the NBA's Fantasy & Gaming digital ecosystem. You'll serve as the primary voice and caretaker of the @NBAFantasy social channels, translating fantasy basketball insights into engaging, on-brand storytelling for a passionate fan community. This is a full-time, project-based assignment with an expected duration of up to ten months, based on-site in Secaucus, Hudson County.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the publishing and programming of content across the NBA Fantasy & Gaming digital ecosystem.
- Own and manage the @NBAFantasy social channels, including planning, scheduling, and posting cadence.
- Develop fresh, original social content that captures the energy of NBA Fantasy and resonates with fans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with broader Fantasy & Gaming initiatives and league moments.
- Monitor channel performance and audience engagement to inform ongoing content decisions.
Qualifications
- A genuine, in-depth understanding of NBA Fantasy and the gaming landscape surrounding the league.
- Hands-on experience creating and publishing content for social media platforms.
- Strong editorial instincts and a sharp eye for timely, audience-first storytelling.
- Comfort managing publishing workflows and content calendars across multiple channels.
- Ability to work on-site in Secaucus, Hudson County for the duration of the project.
