Key Responsibilities
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring each unit is clean, functional, and ready for occupancy
- Complete general maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair to a high standard
- Respond to resident service requests in occupied apartments quickly and courteously
- Provide timely, quality service that supports the comfort and satisfaction of the entire community
- Move between vacant and occupied units throughout the day, adapting to changing priorities
Qualifications
- Practical, multi-skilled maintenance experience, including painting and drywall repair
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results on schedule
- A customer-focused approach when interacting with residents and the wider community
