Chrysalis is hiring full-time Residential Direct Care Staff in Las Vegas, Clark County, to walk alongside people with developmental disabilities as they build independent, self-directed, and meaningful lives.
About the Role
As a Residential Direct Care Staff member — also known as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) or In-Home Caregiver — you will provide hands-on, person-centered support inside the homes of the individuals we serve in Las Vegas. This is a full-time, on-site position with swing shift and graveyard shift options designed to flex around your availability. Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in pursuing personal goals and daily routines on their own terms.
- Deliver attentive in-home caregiving, including help with everyday living activities and personal needs.
- Encourage choice, independence, and community participation in a respectful, supportive way.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment during assigned swing or graveyard shifts.
- Communicate clearly with the care team and document support provided as needed.

- A genuine commitment to supporting people with developmental disabilities.
- Availability for full-time, on-site work in Las Vegas, including swing and graveyard shifts.
- Dependability, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to follow person-centered care practices that promote self-direction and respect.
