Project Coordinator

Join Endpointclinical as a Project Coordinator in our Bengaluru, India office, and play a vital role in delivering world-class clinical trial solutions to life sciences organisations worldwide.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time role supporting the successful launch and execution of client implementations within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. As a Project Coordinator, you will be the linchpin between our solutions and our clients' clinical trial programmes, ensuring seamless handover from contract signature through to study completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate client onboarding, from initial discovery through to system configuration and go-live
• Monitor project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure implementations stay on track
• Liaise between clients, internal teams, and external partners to identify and resolve blockers
• Manage documentation, regulatory compliance, and archival processes for studies transitioning to close-out
• Provide ongoing operational support to live trial programmes, troubleshooting issues and maintaining service quality
• Track and communicate project status to stakeholders via regular updates and reporting

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project coordination, clinical operations, or a related field
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple timelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Familiarity with clinical trial processes or life sciences regulatory frameworks (preferred)
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work collaboratively in a distributed, multinational team environment
