What You'll Do

• Define product positioning and messaging frameworks that articulate our value proposition to target markets in the contracting industry
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform go-to-market strategies
• Develop case studies, whitepapers, and supporting materials that showcase measurable client results and industry expertise
• Partner with sales and service delivery teams to create sales enablement resources and training materials
• Lead product launch initiatives and coordinate cross-functional rollout planning
• Gather customer insights and feedback to refine messaging and validate market demand
• Create marketing campaigns and content that support customer acquisition and retention

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of product marketing or B2B marketing experience in a similar industry or service-based business
• Strong ability to research markets, identify customer pain points, and translate insights into positioning strategies
• Proven experience developing marketing materials, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market plans
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Experience collaborating across product, sales, and executive teams in a dynamic environment
