Product Designer

As the Product Designer at Ninety, you will guide the creation of interfaces and interactions that balance user needs with product objectives. Your Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product design efforts, starting from early concepts and extending through high-fidelity visuals and handoff assets.
• Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed interface specifications that clarify flows and interactions.
• Partner daily with product managers and engineers to turn requirements into feasible, high-quality designs.
• Plan and run lightweight user research or usability checks, then apply findings to improve solutions.
• Contribute to shared design systems so visual language and components remain coherent across products.
• Present design rationale to stakeholders, incorporate feedback efficiently, and keep work moving on schedule.

Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Product Designer with a portfolio that demonstrates user-centered digital product work.
• Fluency in industry tools such as Figma for interface design, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Solid command of UX fundamentals, interaction design, responsive layouts, and accessibility considerations.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and work effectively with remote cross-functional partners.
• Comfort operating in agile-style environments and adapting designs based on technical or business constraints.
• Strong visual sensibility and organizational habits that support clean documentation and timely delivery.
