About the Role
As an OB/GYN physician with CompHealth, you'll deliver comprehensive women's health services across the full spectrum of obstetric and gynecological care. This position combines clinical excellence with meaningful patient relationships in a dynamic healthcare environment serving Southwest Los Angeles and surrounding communities.
What You'll Do
- Provide obstetric care including prenatal assessments, labor and delivery management, and postpartum care
- Perform gynecological examinations, screenings, and preventive health services
- Manage gynecological conditions and provide appropriate treatment options to patients
- Conduct patient consultations and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with nursing staff, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and continuing medical education in obstetrics and gynecology
What We're Looking For
- MD or DO degree in Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
- Board certification or board eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Valid medical license to practice in California
- DEA registration
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a medical team
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
