Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
• Provide safe transfer assistance and mobility support
• Help prepare meals and provide feeding assistance as needed
• Maintain clean and safe living environments for clients
• Monitor and report any changes in client health or condition to your supervisor
• Build trusting relationships and provide emotional encouragement and companionship
• Respect and support client independence, preferences, and personal privacy
