True Anomaly is seeking a People Business Partner (Corporate Services) in Long Beach, Los Angeles County, to support a fast-moving space defense company building the technology that protects the space domain. This full-time, on-site role partners with corporate teams to align people strategy with True Anomaly's mission of delivering space superiority.
About the Role
As a People Business Partner supporting Corporate Services, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across the organization's business functions. Based on-site in Long Beach, you will translate company objectives into practical people programs, guiding teams through growth, change, and the day-to-day questions that shape a strong workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary People partner for Corporate Services teams, advising managers and employees on workforce matters.
- Align talent strategy, organizational design, and people initiatives with True Anomaly's broader business goals.
- Coach leaders on performance management, employee relations, and team development.
- Support hiring, onboarding, retention, and engagement efforts in collaboration with the wider People function.
- Help interpret and apply people policies fairly and consistently across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience in an HR business partner, People partner, or comparable human resources role.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and talent practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Sound judgment handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Willingness to work on-site full-time in Long Beach, Los Angeles County.
