About the Role

As a Patient Care Associate, you are a vital member of the clinical care team, helping to deliver attentive, patient-focused support within the Specialty Service at Mount Sinai Brooklyn. Working alongside registered nurses, you contribute directly to the comfort, safety, and well-being of every patient you serve. This is a Float Pool position, meaning you'll bring flexibility and adaptability to a variety of care settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with registered nurses to carry out a range of patient care activities.
• Help patients with activities of daily living to promote comfort and dignity.
• Collect specimens and perform approved clinical procedures accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive patient environment.
• Champion a patient-centered approach across the Specialty Service.
