What This Role Involves

As a Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness, you're the driving force behind member success. You'll deliver high-impact training sessions, conduct comprehensive fitness assessments, and guide clients toward measurable results while building our personal training business through proven sales strategies and genuine member relationships.

Core Duties

• Perform fitness assessments and body composition scans to establish baseline data and identify individual training needs
• Design and deliver customized training sessions based on client goals, fitness level, and preferences
• Teach proper exercise technique, form, and progression to ensure safety and maximize results
• Consult with prospects and members to identify their fitness objectives and demonstrate the value of personal training
• Execute a structured sales process to convert training consultations into active program enrollments
• Maintain facility cleanliness and organization standards that reflect our commitment to member experience
• Provide ongoing accountability, motivation, and support to foster long-term member engagement and retention

Who We're Looking For

• Current or anticipated professional fitness certification (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent recognized credential)
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse clients
• Sales capability or comfort with prospecting, consultations, and program promotion
• Genuine passion for fitness and authentic commitment to helping clients achieve their health goals
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Availability for consistent full-time hours
