Valet Living is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as a Part-Time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialist for night shifts in Colorado Springs, El Paso County. If you own an open-bed pickup truck and want flexible evening hours close to home, this could be the perfect fit.

About the Role

As a Doorstep Trash Collection Specialist (also known as a Service Valet) with Valet Living, you'll help keep one or more nearby apartment communities clean, safe, and welcoming for residents. This is a part-time, evening position in Colorado Springs designed around convenience: you'll service communities near you, with no long-distance travel and no off-site dumping required. Please note that this role requires your own personal open-bed pickup truck — or a vehicle paired with a trailer — to complete the work.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling directly from residents' doorsteps at assigned apartment communities during evening hours.
• Transport collected items to the on-property compactor or designated disposal area.
• Help maintain a clean, tidy, and pleasant living environment for community residents.
• Complete each route efficiently and reliably on scheduled nights.

Qualifications

• Access to your own open-bed pickup truck, or a vehicle equipped with a trailer (required).
• Availability to work evening and night shifts on a part-time basis.
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle trash and recycling containers throughout a shift.
• A dependable, self-motivated work ethic and a commitment to showing up on schedule.
• Must reside in or near Colorado Springs, El Paso County, to service local communities.
