Position Summary

As a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you'll play a key role in supporting our store management team and helping create an exceptional in-store experience for every customer. This position is an excellent stepping stone for developing retail leadership skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Support store management in daily operations and team coordination
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries
• Guide and mentor team members on service standards and company policies
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and inventory accuracy
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned
• Monitor sales floor activity and ensure a welcoming shopping environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail, customer service, or team leadership experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Availability for scheduled part-time hours
