About the Role
As Principal, you'll lead an elementary school with a clear mission: preparing all students—especially those facing significant obstacles—for college success and meaningful civic participation. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to shape school culture, drive instructional excellence, and inspire both staff and scholars toward ambitious goals.
What You'll Do
- Set and communicate a compelling vision for your school that centers college preparation and civic engagement, and mobilize the entire school community to achieve it
- Provide instructional leadership and mentoring to develop a high-performing teaching team
- Build a school culture that supports all learners, with particular focus on students facing the greatest challenges
- Work collaboratively with families, staff, and community partners to support student growth and well-being
- Model excellent teaching practices and maintain deep involvement in classroom instruction and student learning
