About the Role

As a Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending, you'll work on our energetic, collaborative team to deliver expert guidance on home financing options. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers throughout their loan journey, combining product knowledge with genuine customer care to match families with the right lending solutions for their situations.

What You'll Do

• Advise customers on home loan products, rates, terms, and financing options tailored to their needs
• Build trusted relationships with customers, earning repeat referrals and long-term loyalty
• Guide clients through application, documentation, approval, and closing processes with clarity and professionalism
• Explain loan structures, compliance requirements, and important terms to ensure informed decision-making
• Support loan origination and underwriting teams to ensure smooth, timely loan processing
• Stay current on lending products, market conditions, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve customer questions and obstacles

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a mortgage advisor, lending specialist, or similar role in home lending
• Thorough knowledge of home loan products, rates, terms, and underwriting basics
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
• Dedication to customer service and building long-term client relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
