Paid Social Strategist

TriMark Digital is hiring a Paid Social Strategist in West Raleigh, Raleigh for a full-time position on our performance marketing team. This role is your opportunity to drive measurable client growth by developing and executing high-impact paid social strategies across multiple advertising platforms.

About the Role

As a Paid Social Strategist, you'll own the entire campaign lifecycle—from initial strategy and platform selection through execution, optimization, and reporting. You'll combine analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to identify growth opportunities and translate them into campaigns that deliver real business results for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Develop integrated paid social strategies targeting specific audience segments, campaign objectives, and client KPIs
• Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging social channels
• Conduct audience research, competitive analysis, and platform trend assessment to inform strategy
• Perform ongoing A/B testing on ad creative, copy, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and implement improvements
• Build scalable campaign structures that allow for efficient budget allocation and performance tracking
• Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations for client stakeholders
• Collaborate with creative, content, and account management teams to align campaign messaging with overall strategy

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns with demonstrated ability to improve ROI and campaign performance
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency reading and interpreting performance data from social ad platforms
• Working knowledge of audience targeting, segmentation, and platform-specific best practices
• Demonstrated creativity in campaign ideation and problem-solving
• Familiarity with paid social platforms—Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar tools
• Clear communication skills and ability to present findings and recommendations to clients
• Self-directed work style with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
