As Paid Social Marketing Manager, Americas, you'll own the full lifecycle of paid social marketing programs for the region. You'll develop campaign strategies across major platforms, optimize for performance and ROI, and collaborate across teams to align with broader marketing and business objectives. What You'll Do

• Develop and execute paid social campaigns across major platforms, targeting key audience segments in the Americas
• Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources to maximize return on ad spend
• Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and report on key metrics and insights
• Partner with creative and product teams to develop compelling campaign narratives and assets
• Test new platforms, messaging strategies, and audience targeting approaches to improve results
• Support the growth of Stripe's customer acquisition and brand presence across the region

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns at scale across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign decisions
• Familiarity with social media marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Experience in B2B or fintech marketing is a plus
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
