Nutrafol (nutrafol.com) is a U.S. hair wellness brand known for hair-growth supplements. Recent coverage includes product reviews, site-wide promotions, and portfolio expansion such as a hair-loss supplement for men 50 and older (Dermatology Times).

Nutrafol, the pioneer in clinically tested hair wellness, is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to strengthen end-to-end planning across our contract manufacturing network in the United States. If you thrive on turning data into reliable supply, this full-time role puts you at the center of how our products reach the people we serve.

About the Role

As Supply Chain Manager at Nutrafol, you will own every layer of supply planning — from long-range MRP forecasting to short-term shortage mitigation. You will collaborate closely with contract manufacturers, component suppliers, and internal partners to keep finished goods flowing while safeguarding inventory targets set by leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a rolling 12–15 month MRP plan, reconcile supplier and manufacturer inventory data, and adjust production based on shipment timing and feedback.
  • Set and manage safety stock, reorder points, and purchase orders using target days on hand, lead times, transit times, and warehouse capacity.
  • Own total inventory dollars and days-on-hand month over month, and evaluate dual-sourced components and vendor changes for risk.
  • Track component shortages across a rolling three-month horizon, build shipment schedules, and proactively reduce supply risk at every vendor.
  • Partner with suppliers and manufacturers on lead times, capacity, ordering cadence, rebates, and continuity of supply.
  • Monitor component inventory health, aging, and excess or obsolete risk, and resolve quality issues with suppliers, manufacturers, and the quality team.
  • Guide launches, reformulations, and packaging transitions end to end, managing finished-goods code changes, BOM updates, and new product integration.
  • Support the S&OP process with supply insights and scenario planning, and contribute to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 transition by maintaining accurate ERP and MRP master data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field such as Engineering or Finance.
  • 5+ years of hands-on supply chain, logistics, or purchasing experience within an eCommerce, DTC, or CPG brand.
  • 1–3 years leading a team, including hiring, training, and coaching.
  • Deep working knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP SCM, Oracle SCM, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.
  • Proficiency in BI and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, plus expert-level Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex inventory-modeling formulas).
