Over The Road Company Driver

Join DeWitt Transportation LLC as an Over The Road Company Driver based in Union City, Fulton County. We're actively seeking experienced OTR drivers to operate modern refrigerated trucks across our growing fleet serving routes primarily east of Interstate 25.

Role Overview

As an Over The Road Company Driver with DeWitt Transportation LLC, you'll operate refrigerated commercial vehicles across multi-state routes, maintaining safety and efficiency standards while transporting temperature-controlled freight. This is a full-time position offering stability within an established, driver-focused company built on more than two decades of industry expertise.

Your Responsibilities

• Operate refrigerated commercial trucks safely and professionally on assigned routes
• Maintain compliance with federal and state transportation regulations and Hours of Service requirements
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure proper function and cargo security
• Communicate regularly with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, and operational issues
• Maintain accurate logbooks and documentation for all trips and deliveries
• Transport temperature-controlled freight with attention to cargo integrity and delivery standards

What You Bring

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Proven Over The Road driving experience, preferably with refrigerated freight
• Knowledge of federal transportation regulations and Hours of Service compliance
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to vehicle maintenance and safety
• Reliability, professional communication, and independent work ethic
• Ability to consistently meet delivery schedules and maintain customer service standards
