Join DeWitt Transportation LLC as an Over The Road Company Driver based in Central, East Baton Rouge Parish. We're actively seeking experienced OTR drivers to operate refrigerated trucks across a well-established regional network. Full-time position.

About the Role

As an Over The Road Company Driver, you'll operate commercial refrigerated equipment for one of Louisiana's established refrigerated carriers. Our fleet specializes in temperature-controlled transport across routes primarily positioned east of I-25. You'll be responsible for safe, timely delivery of perishable cargo while maintaining compliance with federal transportation standards and company operational procedures.

What You'll Do

• Operate Class A tractor-trailer equipment on long-haul routes
• Maintain vehicle pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
• Transport refrigerated cargo across assigned regional territory
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety protocols
• Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route status and delivery updates

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License with clean driving record
• Proven experience operating tractor-trailer equipment
• Current DOT medical certification
• Professional attitude and commitment to safety standards
• Reliable, experienced trucking professional ready for consistent OTR work
