Role Overview

This role offers a full-time opportunity to join a premium, high-security client asset facility in Melbourne. As an Operations and Client Support Assistant, you will be part of the front-of-house and operations team, contributing to the smooth running of daily activities.

Core Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
• Manage and maintain client records and documentation
• Support administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and appointments
• Handle day-to-day operations, ensuring all processes are followed accurately
• Assist in the coordination of events and activities as required
