We are currently seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Carindale! Core Duties

• Provide excellent customer service to all clients in-store and online
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of displays and merchandise
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is properly displayed
• Offer product recommendations and styling advice to customers
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements

• A passion for retail and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of fashion trends and men's wear
• Experience in retail or related field is advantageous but not essential
