About the Role
As a Nursing Supervisor on our night shift, you'll oversee patient care quality, manage clinical operations, and provide leadership to nursing staff during critical evening and overnight hours. You'll ensure regulatory compliance, respond to clinical emergencies, and maintain the standards of excellence MJHS is known for.
What You'll Do
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate clinical care delivery during your assigned night shift
- Respond to and manage medical emergencies and urgent clinical situations
- Monitor patient safety, comfort, and outcomes across your unit
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Communicate with physicians, care teams, and families regarding patient status
- Maintain detailed documentation of clinical events and care decisions
- Support quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
What We're Looking For
- Current RN license in New York State
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience in nursing
- Strong clinical judgment and emergency response capability
