PalAmerican Security is seeking a Mobile Patrol Officer - San Jose to join our security team serving Fremont, Alameda County. In this full-time role, you'll bring your safety and security expertise to a dynamic team that values critical thinking and professional excellence.

About the Role

As a Mobile Patrol Officer with PalAmerican Security, you'll be the eyes and ears protecting the Fremont area and surrounding Alameda County locations. This is a full-time position that combines routine patrols with rapid response to incidents, requiring sharp attention to detail, professional judgment, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Your work directly contributes to the safety and security of the communities and properties we protect.

What You'll Do

• Conduct mobile and foot patrols of assigned areas in Fremont and Alameda County to detect and deter security threats
• Monitor properties, facilities, and public spaces for unusual activity, safety hazards, and security concerns
• Respond promptly to incident reports and emergency calls, taking appropriate action and documenting findings
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and coordinate with team members during patrol operations
• Prepare accurate, detailed incident reports and maintain thorough patrol documentation
• Observe and report suspicious behavior while maintaining professional, lawful conduct
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in all interactions with the public and team members
