- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues spanning space and ground segments
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with engineering, operations, and stakeholder groups
- Education in aerospace, systems, electrical engineering, or a closely related technical field
- Comfort succeeding in remote collaborative settings and contract engagements
