About the Role

As a Mechanical BIM Technician at Corvant, you'll translate design intent into detailed, clash-free building information models that guide installation and execution across our diverse project portfolio. Working within a collaborative team environment, you'll ensure mechanical systems are precisely documented, spatially coordinated, and ready for real-world deployment in facilities where reliability is non-negotiable.

What You'll Do

• Develop, model, and refine mechanical systems within BIM platforms, ensuring accuracy and constructability
• Perform MEP coordination to identify and resolve system conflicts early in the design process
• Generate construction documents and detailed drawings from BIM models for field teams and contractors
• Conduct clash detection analysis and coordinate solutions with design engineers and project stakeholders
• Maintain technical specifications and documentation standards across all project phases
• Communicate model updates and technical requirements to internal teams and external partners

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated proficiency with Revit or comparable BIM software and mechanical design workflows
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems, and how they integrate into complex facilities
• Solid foundation in CAD modeling and technical drawing practices
• Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain model accuracy and consistency
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• Experience in fast-paced commercial or industrial project environments preferred
