What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on BMW and European luxury vehicles
- Execute complex mechanical and electrical work to factory specifications
- Conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance services, and restoration work
- Troubleshoot advanced automotive systems and components
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation
- Collaborate with service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay current with BMW technical updates and repair procedures
What We're Looking For
- Master Technician certification or equivalent proven experience working on BMW vehicles
- Deep knowledge of BMW mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic systems
- Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and scan tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication and customer service orientation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
