JP Euro, a respected European and exotic auto repair specialist, is hiring a Porsche Master Technician for our Martinsburg location in Berkeley County. This full-time role offers compensation of $50–$65 per hour based on experience, plus relocation assistance for the right candidate.
About the Role
As a Porsche Master Technician, you'll perform advanced diagnostic and repair work on high-performance Porsche vehicles, leading service projects from start to finish. You'll take ownership of complex mechanical and electrical systems, mentor junior technicians, and maintain the quality standards our clients expect from a specialty European auto shop.
What You'll Do
- Execute diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on Porsche vehicles using factory specifications and advanced equipment
- Manage complete service jobs from intake through customer handoff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Troubleshoot complex drivetrain, suspension, engine, and electrical issues on high-performance platforms
- Stay current with Porsche service bulletins, technical updates, and diagnostic tools
- Mentor and support less experienced technicians on your team
- Collaborate with service advisors to explain findings and recommendations to customers
What We're Looking For
- Proven mastery of Porsche repair and maintenance—factory training or equivalent hands-on experience required
- Expertise with Porsche diagnostic equipment and specialized tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical, mechanical, and performance systems
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to read technical diagrams and follow factory repair procedures precisely
- Professional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
