What This Role Involves

As Marketing Specialist at SoftWave TRT, you'll serve as a key player in our marketing operations, managing campaigns from strategy through execution. You'll work directly with the Director of Marketing and departments across the company to build market presence, amplify sales effectiveness, and deliver compelling messages to healthcare professionals and institutional purchasers. This role demands both strategic vision and hands-on execution in the rapidly evolving medical device industry.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels targeting healthcare professionals and medical device buyers
• Create marketing collateral, including case studies, product briefs, whitepapers, and presentation materials that bridge clinical and commercial messaging
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and identify opportunities in the medical device landscape
• Drive sales support through targeted outreach, lead generation campaigns, and sales enablement materials
• Coordinate logistics and promotional activities for industry events, trade shows, and healthcare conferences
• Track and analyze campaign effectiveness using analytics platforms and dashboards; present findings to optimize future marketing efforts
• Collaborate across product, clinical, and operations teams to ensure consistent, accurate messaging and brand alignment

Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional marketing experience in medical device, healthcare, or B2B industries
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, email marketing solutions, and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with the skill to simplify technical concepts for varied audiences
• Strong project management and organizational capability to balance multiple initiatives and meet competing deadlines
• Comfort with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic data analysis
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities and emerging marketing tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent hands-on experience)
