Your Responsibilities
- Lead independent investigations into employee concerns, misconduct allegations, and workplace disputes with thoroughness and objectivity
- Manage grievance and disciplinary processes from initial complaint through resolution, documenting findings and recommendations
- Administer labor contracts and collective bargaining agreements, ensuring consistent application across departments
- Advise managers and executives on employment law compliance, HR policies, and best practices in employee relations
- Develop and refine workplace policies that balance operational needs with legal requirements and employee welfare
- Partner with legal counsel on complex cases, litigation support, and regulatory compliance matters
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in employee relations, labor relations, or HR generalist roles with demonstrated success managing investigations and disputes
- Deep working knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, and workplace policy development
- Proven ability to handle confidential matters with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to document findings clearly and present recommendations persuasively
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities when balancing multiple complex cases
