Join Lake Elmo Bank as a Full Time Personal Banker serving customers at our offices in Lake Elmo, Washington County. This is an on-site banking position where you'll deliver financial services to our community while working a structured schedule with rotating Saturday hours.
About the Role
As a Personal Banker at Lake Elmo Bank, you'll be at the center of customer relationships, handling account management, deposits, withdrawals, and loan inquiries. Your work helps individuals and families achieve their financial goals through trusted guidance and efficient service.
- Work full time on an hourly basis, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with one hour lunch
- Participate in a rotating Saturday schedule, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., as an on-site team member
- Serve customers across our Lake Elmo, Stillwater, and Oakdale office locations as scheduling requires
- Process customer transactions, open accounts, and support loan applications
- Build lasting customer relationships through dependable, professional service
- Maintain accuracy and compliance with banking regulations and procedures
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to adapt to rotating schedules across multiple office locations
- Attention to detail in handling financial transactions and record-keeping
- Reliability and commitment to working on-site at scheduled times
- Banking or customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to develop expertise in banking products and compliance requirements
