Senior Manager Business Development

Eurofins is hiring a Senior Manager Business Development to drive new client growth across the United States (nationwide) (nationwide), championing our laboratory testing services within the consumer products, detergents, and hygiene sectors.

About the Role

As a Senior Manager Business Development at Eurofins, you will operate in a true hunting capacity — identifying prospects, opening doors with decision makers, and converting interest into lasting partnerships. This full-time, United States (nationwide) (nationwide)–based position blends commercial drive with a scientific curiosity, supporting your direct manager with regulatory and technical insight while shaping how Eurofins reaches new markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of the Eurofins service offering, laboratory network, organization, and internal tools.
• Research, prospect, and cold call to uncover new opportunities, focusing on the C&PC, detergents, and hygiene industries.
• Locate key decision makers, surface their critical needs, and generate genuine interest in Eurofins solutions.
• Rally internal teams to craft compelling presentations, proposals, and pursuit strategies when opportunities require coordinated effort.
• Mine existing account lists for under-penetrated or dormant clients, partnering with Sales Representatives and Account Managers to re-engage them.
• Log all activity diligently in the company CRM and collaborate with Marketing to strengthen lead generation.
• Represent Eurofins at tradeshows and industry associations, and contribute to the design of new offers, business models, and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years in business development, ideally within a hunting-focused role.
• Working knowledge of the TIC industry and of quality and compliance standards across target sectors.
• Outstanding in-person and online communication, with proven success steering complex, multi-disciplinary proposals.
• A proactive, detail-minded self-starter with strong business acumen and a logical, scientific mindset.
• Comfortable multitasking and solving problems independently in a fast-moving, complex environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing or an equivalent field preferred.
• Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel up to 50% based on customer needs.
