HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist – Remote

Prime System Solutions is hiring a HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist to join our remote team serving clients across the Philippines and beyond. In this role, you'll design, build, and optimize marketing workflows that drive customer engagement and business growth.

Role Overview

As our HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist, you'll own the strategy and execution of automated marketing campaigns within HubSpot, managing everything from initial setup and configuration to ongoing optimization and analysis. You'll work closely with the marketing team to translate business objectives into efficient, scalable automation solutions that nurture leads, engage customers, and support revenue goals. This is a full-time remote position based in the Philippines.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement marketing automation workflows, email sequences, and drip campaigns in HubSpot
• Build lead nurturing tracks, scoring models, and segmentation strategies to improve conversion rates
• Manage email deliverability, A/B testing, and campaign performance optimization
• Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools and platforms to streamline marketing operations
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Maintain CRM hygiene, data quality, and database management practices
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align automation with business objectives
• Document processes and create training materials for team members

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including workflows, email marketing, and lead scoring
• Proven track record managing marketing automation campaigns and nurture programs
• Strong understanding of marketing best practices, email deliverability, and CRM principles
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize for performance
• Experience with marketing integrations and API connections is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• HubSpot certification (any level) is preferred but not required
