Build the skills for this role

Strengthen regional B2B sales leadership for building or specialty product lines: territory planning, channel management, consultative selling, forecasting, and CRM discipline. No certification resources were supplied for this listing, so prioritize demonstrable turf or related construction-product wins over unpaid credential chasing.

Prepare western-territory growth stories: how you built pipeline, won/retained distributors, and hit regional targets. Be ready to discuss remote team leadership, travel cadence, competitor handling, and how you partner with marketing and ops. Bring concrete metrics—revenue, share, win rate—and questions on turf portfolio priorities and West coverage model.

Strong fit if you have regional sales management experience in turf, flooring, building products, or adjacent channels and can run a remote West territory with structured coaching and forecast ownership.
