Key Responsibilities

- Craft and carry out strategic plans that make the most of financial, technological, and operational resources.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and lead independent sales representatives across the region.
- Cultivate strong representative relationships that keep company values, goals, and strategies aligned.
- Set monthly metrics and clear accountabilities to ensure rep goals are consistently met.
- Track industry trends and best practices to protect competitive standing.
- Plan, attend, and support trade shows and conferences, then evaluate their impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of sales experience within the architecture and design (A&D) industry.
- Proven success growing new business and expanding existing accounts through a representative-based sales model.
- Experience building teams and organizations aligned to business strategy is a plus.
