Expect significant travel of roughly 50%. Key Responsibilities Hit and exceed regional targets for revenue, gross margin, and contribution margin. Craft and carry out strategic plans that make the most of financial, technological, and operational resources. Recruit, onboard, train, and lead independent sales representatives across the region. Cultivate strong representative relationships that keep company values, goals, and strategies aligned. Set monthly metrics and clear accountabilities to ensure rep goals are consistently met.
