As a Manufacturing and Warehouse Associate, you'll be part of a production and logistics team that keeps our operations running smoothly. This full-time position combines hands-on work in manufacturing, assembly, and warehouse operations with mentorship and training that helps you grow professionally. What You'll Do

• Assemble, inspect, and package furniture components according to specifications and quality standards
• Operate warehouse equipment and manage materials movement across the facility
• Maintain organized work areas and follow safety protocols
• Collaborate with production and distribution teams to meet daily targets
• Learn new manufacturing techniques and systems through on-the-job training
• Report quality issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
