Manufacturing and Warehouse Associate – (Leesport, PA)

Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC. is hiring a Manufacturing and Warehouse Associate in Bethel, Berks County to support furniture production and distribution operations at our Leesport facility.

Position Summary

This full-time position is essential to our manufacturing and warehouse operations. As a Manufacturing and Warehouse Associate, you'll be part of a team that produces and ships quality furniture to customers throughout America. The role combines hands-on manufacturing work with warehouse and logistics responsibilities, offering the chance to build practical experience in a production environment and advance within our organization.

What You'll Do

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery according to specifications and safety guidelines
• Perform assembly and production tasks to contribute to output goals
• Inspect products for quality and defects, ensuring standards are met
• Pack, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment
• Manage inventory, organize materials, and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or incidents immediately
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production schedules
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and production needs

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes

• Basic math skills and ability to read measurements or specifications
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
