About the Role
As a full-time Online Order Filling Team Associate at Walmart in Roanoke, you'll work on the floor selecting, packing, and preparing items for customers who shop online and pick up in store or have orders delivered. Key Responsibilities
- Locate and pick the correct merchandise to complete each customer's online order accurately.
- Inspect items for quality, freshness, and substitutions before they are packed.
- Stage, organize, and hand off completed orders for pickup or delivery in a timely way.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked work area throughout your shift.
- Collaborate with associates across departments to meet order deadlines and customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Ability to work on-site in Roanoke, Roanoke County, on a full-time schedule.
- Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and moving merchandise for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure each order is picked and packed correctly.
- A reliable, team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Compensation
This role offers an hourly wage ranging from $16 to $29 per hour. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage required for the job location. Eligible associates may also earn annual or quarterly performance incentives, and additional premiums between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may apply in certain situations, depending on factors such as schedule and facility.
