Managing Sales Vice President

Sodexo is seeking a Managing Sales Vice President to lead corporate growth across the Western region from our Highland Park, Dallas location. About This Position

As Managing Sales Vice President for Corporate Services (West), you'll own the strategic direction of a high-impact sales division serving enterprise clients across the region. This is a leadership role for an executive who thrives in competitive markets, builds winning teams, and translates market insights into sustained business growth. You'll report to senior leadership and collaborate across operations, culinary, and facilities teams to deliver integrated workplace solutions that drive client satisfaction and retention.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute sales strategy to expand the corporate services portfolio, including culinary and integrated facilities management offerings
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of sales professionals to exceed revenue targets and regional objectives
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise accounts across the Western territory
• Identify market opportunities and competitive positioning to drive sustainable business growth
• Oversee account management, contract negotiations, and client retention initiatives
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless solution delivery
