About the Role
This full-time position offers leadership of critical water infrastructure projects across Texas. You'll direct engineering initiatives, lead teams, and partner with municipal and industrial clients to solve complex water and wastewater challenges. Your vision will shape innovative approaches to treatment, system design, and sustainable resource management in the region.
What You'll Do
- Lead water and wastewater engineering projects from design through implementation and delivery
- Manage technical teams and coordinate multidisciplinary project execution
- Develop and maintain client relationships with municipalities and industrial partners in the Dallas area
- Ensure compliance with EPA, TCEQ, and local regulatory requirements
- Drive innovation in treatment technologies and infrastructure solutions
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource planning
- Build and mentor engineering talent within the organization
What We're Looking For
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas with water/wastewater engineering focus
- Proven leadership managing engineering teams and complex projects
- Deep technical expertise in water treatment, wastewater systems, and infrastructure design
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
- Strong stakeholder communication and client management skills
