Responsibilities
- Direct and mentor digital operations teams responsible for VPN infrastructure management and support
- Oversee VPN deployment, configuration, optimization, and maintenance across enterprise environments
- Ensure secure, high-performance connectivity for cloud, edge, and AI workload delivery
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and implement improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital operations with business objectives
- Drive operational efficiency, automation, and best practices within VPN and network services
- Manage vendor relationships and technology roadmaps for connectivity infrastructure
Who We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience managing VPN infrastructure, network operations, or related digital operations teams
- Strong technical foundation in VPN technologies, protocols, and enterprise network architecture
- Experience supporting cloud, edge, and emerging AI infrastructure requirements
- Track record of driving operational excellence, security, and performance improvements
