Manager Strategy and Business Development

Lifespace Communities is building its strategy team in Coppell, Dallas, seeking a Manager of Strategy and Business Development to advance our senior living mission in a full-time leadership role.

What This Role Involves

You'll architect and drive business strategy that positions Lifespace Communities for expansion in the senior living sector. This position demands someone with both strategic vision and analytical rigor — someone who can synthesize market insights into concrete growth initiatives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic initiatives aligned with organizational growth objectives
• Scout and evaluate business expansion opportunities within senior living markets
• Perform market research and competitive intelligence to inform strategy
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement and track strategic priorities
• Analyze performance data and KPIs to assess strategy impact and ROI
• Develop stakeholder relationships and partnerships that enable growth
• Report findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Qualifications

• Proven results in strategy, business development, or related executive roles
• Strong command of quantitative analysis and data-driven decision-making
• Polished communication and presentation capabilities
• Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience in healthcare, senior living, or adjacent industries a plus
