Your Responsibilities
- Lead program planning and implementation across our Seniors Services offerings
- Manage program budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Oversee staff supervision, performance management, and team development
- Ensure programs meet quality standards and organizational objectives
- Liaise with community partners, stakeholders, and referral sources
- Monitor program outcomes and identify areas for continuous improvement
- Support the delivery of services that meet the evolving needs of seniors in our community
Qualifications
- Proven experience in program management and service delivery leadership
- Strong knowledge of seniors services, aging, or related social services
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and allocate resources
- Excellent people management and team leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and serving vulnerable populations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
