The Opportunity

The Manager, Internal Communications leads the development and delivery of ACC’s enterprise internal communications strategy, framing messages that support organizational goals and ensuring clear communication within the organization. This role is pivotal in maintaining a cohesive culture and fostering an environment where employees are informed and engaged.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Led the creation and execution of ACC’s internal communications strategy to align with organizational objectives
• Oversaw the development, distribution, and management of all internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet content, and digital platforms
• Managed a team of internal communicators to ensure consistent messaging across various departments and teams
• Developed and delivered training programs for employees on effective communication practices
• Maintained strong relationships with key stakeholders to gather feedback and insights that inform communications strategies

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in internal communications or a related field
• Demonstrated leadership skills, particularly in managing teams and driving strategic initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used for internal communications
• A deep understanding of organizational culture and how to leverage it for employee engagement
