About This Position

We are seeking a Senior Advisor with expertise in strategic commissioning to lead advice across complex, system-level challenges. The role involves influencing health and commissioning reform at an enterprise and sector level, working closely with senior leaders to deliver future-focused outcomes for New Zealanders.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on commissioning initiatives that address complex, system-wide issues
• Influence health and commissioning reforms at both the enterprise and sector levels
• Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives for future-focused outcomes
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions in the field of strategic commissioning

What You Bring

• Proven experience in strategic commissioning, particularly within a health or public sector context
• A deep understanding of system-level challenges and their impact on service delivery and outcomes for New Zealanders
• Strong leadership skills to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to influence change at an enterprise and sector level
