About the Role

As a Performance Marketing Expert at Trading212, you'll join our Growth team and take full ownership of our paid advertising engine. This is a hands-on, end-to-end position suited to someone who flourishes in a fast-moving, high-standards environment. You'll lead the entire lifecycle — planning, launching, testing, optimising, and reporting across several channels — always with efficiency and quantifiable outcomes front of mind.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and run paid campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, X, Reddit, and beyond.
• Keep our martech stack delivering best-in-class tracking, attribution, and reporting to fuel sustained growth.
• Drive ongoing performance gains by experimenting with creatives, ad copy, audiences, keywords, bidding approaches, and campaign architecture.
• Test and prove out fresh channels and new campaign formats.
• Produce clear documentation and reporting that tells the story behind the numbers, not just headline metrics.

Qualifications

• Solid command of marketing technology platforms, including connecting tools and workflows to enable optimisation and automation.
• In-depth grasp of campaign structure, bidding, ad copy, creative, and extensions best practices.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads products and programmatic advertising.
• Technical fluency in Google Tag Manager, MMPs, and CDPs.
• Sharp analytical skills to measure, interpret, and communicate data with clarity.
• A consistent habit of tracking industry shifts, platform changes, and new opportunities.
• Bonus: a proven record in app-first businesses and a genuine enthusiasm for investing or finance.
