What This Role Involves

The Maintenance Contract Manager will lead the delivery of our Integrated Delivery Contract (IDC) across the Marlborough Roads network. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining and improving the roads that connect communities, support businesses, and keep New Zealand moving.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the Integrated Delivery Contract (IDC) for the Marlborough Roads network
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Manage maintenance contracts to deliver high-quality road services
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including local communities, businesses, and government departments
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Contract Manager or similar role
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects
• Strong understanding of road maintenance and engineering principles
• Able to work effectively in a team environment, fostering collaboration and communication
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Hold a relevant degree or qualification in a related field (e.g., Civil Engineering)
