Gunnison Valley Health Senior Care is hiring a full-time LPN/LVN for our long-term care facility in Gunnison. If you're a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse ready to deliver compassionate patient care in a senior living environment, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As an LPN/LVN on our long-term care team, you'll provide direct nursing support to resident patients in our skilled nursing facility. Working alongside RNs and healthcare professionals, you'll play an essential part in ensuring residents receive quality care, monitoring and reporting on their health status, and helping maintain their comfort and dignity throughout their stay.

What You'll Do

• Administer medications and perform basic nursing procedures under supervision
• Monitor vital signs and observe changes in resident condition, reporting findings to the nursing supervisor
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADL), including personal hygiene and mobility
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
• Respond promptly to resident requests and concerns
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident care plans
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment on your unit

What We're Looking For

• Valid LPN/LVN licensure in Colorado (or applicable state)
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Compassion, patience, and commitment to patient-centered care
• Reliable attendance and professionalism
