Lot Attendant – Leith Toyota

Join the Holman team as a Lot Attendant at our Leith Toyota location in Raleigh, Wake County. This is a part-time position supporting our dealership operations and helping us deliver exceptional service to every customer who visits our lot.

About the Role

As a Lot Attendant, you'll be an essential member of our automotive dealership team, working directly on our sales lot in Raleigh. You'll ensure our vehicles are presented beautifully, assist customers with their lot experience, and support the overall flow of dealership operations. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to be part of a company that has been delivering automotive excellence for over a century.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and organization of the dealership lot
• Prepare vehicles for customer viewing and test drives
• Assist customers with directions, vehicle information, and lot navigation
• Move and park vehicles safely throughout the lot as needed
• Perform basic vehicle cleaning and detailing tasks
• Support sales team members and dealership staff
• Report vehicle issues or lot concerns to management

Who We're Looking For

• Reliable, dependable team member with a strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Physical capability to perform lot maintenance and vehicle movement tasks
• Positive attitude and willingness to take direction
• Experience in automotive retail or lot operations is a plus
